A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: I went to school at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI for Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing. I had big dreams of moving to NYC after college to pursue a career in Fashion PR. I came home to Maine for one last summer, and fell in love with my now husband, and his daughter. I left my high fashion dreams to cultivate our family, and began to work in the hospitality industry. My passion for fashion still burned within me, and I constantly searched for a job to fulfill that sense of purpose. Over bloody Mary’s with one of my best friends, I shared my frustrations about finding a job in the fashion industry in Maine, and she said, “Would you ever do bridal?” She encouraged me to apply to Grayce (then Blush), and the rest is history! I have never felt happier or more fulfilled in a career. I work with the most incredible, inspiring, and genuine women. I feel so blessed to be a part of the Grayce family!

Which Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why?
give any less than 110%. It sets expectations & produces focus and integrity. In a culture of excellence, team members develop the resilience to deal with change, challenge, and uncertainty. Excellence is the key to both personal development and business success. I'm getting jazzed just thinking about it! Being excellent at what we do will point back to the one who gave us the ability to do our work.

Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: I am a big podcast/audio book fan. In particular, I love leadership or true crime podcasts. For music its either my 90's/00's greatest hits playlist or classic rock.

A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: I’m one of those rare breeds that genuinely enjoys working in retail. Before Grayce, I worked in a store that catered to women from ages 18-27 and loved it!. During that time I went through some of life’s biggest transitions- college, marriage, motherhood. That store closed, and 10 days later my daughter was born. I was sad, but also knew that something even greater was going to come my way that would fit in with the new phase of life I had entered. I have a serious passion for working with women, so working in bridal had been in the back of my mind for a long time. I hadn’t even started looking for something new when I happened to see an opening at Grayce. I felt SO strongly that that this chance couldn’t pass me by that when Courtney called me for an interview, I came in that same day with my 8 week old daughter. My “search” was over before it even began. A company with incredible culture, genuinely kind & supportive leadership, and women that support women (Courtney didn’t hesitate
for a second to let me bring my newborn with me to my interview) I was SOLD. I started out as a part time stylist, and over the years I’ve become a Master Stylist but also get to work side by side our fearless leader, Courtney, coordinating financial and administrative responsibilities for the company. I have now been at Grayce for over 5 years and haven't looked back once. I've built lifelong friendships with women who inspire me every day, and have been lucky enough to help create cherished memories for our brides over the years. I'm thankful for it every day, and I cannot wait to see what the next 5 years bring!
Which Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why? Choosing just one is a tough task, but I have to say Family. At Grayce, we are truly a family. It’s a regular occurrence to have our guests comment when they visit our stores how much our team genuinely loves each other. But- there’s so much more to it! As a company, we treat our guests with the same kindness & respect that we if they were our family. We value our team members families at home and work hard to maintain a solid work-life balance for everyone. Family is at the heart of everything we do!
5 things you can't live without:
1. My husband
2. My daughter
3. Coffee
4. A good book
5. Chapstick
Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: In my car, I'm basically a Broadway star. My guilty pleasure is blasting my favorite show tunes and singing my heart out!
A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: I was born and raised in Chattanooga and have always had a deep love for our beautiful city and its charm. I recently graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where I loved my time studying Marketing in the Gary W. Rollins College of Business. I knew coming out of college that I wanted to pursue marketing and storytelling — I just wasn’t quite sure what that would look like. Growing up, I played sports and have always had a competitive side, which led me to believe I would thrive most in a sales-focused role after graduation. While that experience taught me valuable skills, it ultimately helped me realize that what I truly enjoy is the creative side of marketing and storytelling — bringing ideas to life and connecting with people in meaningful ways. I’ve loved fashion for as long as I can remember, and after working countless weddings in the catering industry throughout college, I quickly fell in love with the energy, emotion, and magic behind the scenes. During my time at UTC, I was also a member of Kappa Delta, where I discovered how much I value being surrounded by strong, confident women who support and inspire one another. This role at Grayce is exactly what I was looking for. As a true people person, I love getting to showcase our beautiful brand, connect with others, and highlight all that we do every day.
Caroline Williams
Marketing Specialist
Which Grayce core values are you most passionate about & why? The Grayce core value I connect with most is People Over Policy. I’m a true people person, and I’ve always believed that no two situations are the same. Leading with empathy and understanding comes naturally to me because you never really know what someone else may be experiencing. I love that Grayce encourages this mindset — it allows me to approach everything with care and intention, even behind the scenes through marketing and storytelling. Being part of a team that prioritizes people in this way is something I truly value and feel excited to grow within.
5 things you can’t live without:
My family and friends
My animals
My phone (I know that’s terrible)
Music
Condiments, I am a sauce girl through and through
Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: On long car rides, I like to switch it up depending on the mood. Sometimes it’s a playlist that’s completely all over the place, other times it’s a true crime podcast and yes, it needs to be solved. And if neither of those feel right, I’m probably calling my best friend or my mom and talking their ear off the entire drive.
I knew I wanted to do something more in the fashion world, so I worked in operations at a fashion brand for several years, and fast forward from there, I met Courtney! She and I shared similar stories of choosing real world experience over sitting in a classroom, working hard to chase your dream, and loving fashion, but loving your people more and I feel like I finally found my home!.
Which Grayce core values are you most passionate about & why? Gratitude. I am thankful for so many things in my life - the good and the bad! I am thankful for the places I may fall short, because it’s an opportunity to grow and to learn. I am thankful for the people in my life, because you have the opportunity to show up for people, and have people show up for you. I am thankful for living through difficult situations because it presents an opportunity to walk alongside someone else who may be dealing with those things.
5 things you can’t live without:
1. My fluffy golden doodles, Sully and Maui
2. Fun accessories
3. Reality TV (Vanderpump Rules, Real Housewives, etc)
4. A good lip combo
5. My best friend / hubby Cole
Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: I always start with the episodes of The Toast podcast I need to catch up on, then I will either listen to my playlist that is a mix of of Rihanna, Lady Gaga, SZA, and Justin Beiber… or the mix of Zach Bryan, Noah Kahn, and The Lumineers (it just depends on the day!)
Macy Johnson
personal assistant to the Founder & CVO
A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: I have lived in the beautiful city of Chattanooga, TN my entire life, but consider Louisiana my true home! There, my Great Aunt Alice (who I fondly called Alal), and I would stay up late at night watching re-runs of I Love Lucy and spent the day playing in her gorgeous closet of designer fashion and accessories.
From a young age, I always appreciated fashion and styling and so I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the fashion and beauty world!
I went to college to pursue a degree in business, but left to chase my dream of becoming a Bridal & Special Event Makeup Artist and had the privilege of chasing that dream for 7 years. I travelled all over the US doing makeup and being a part of so many wedding days and high fashion editorial photoshoots, and I would always stick around to get a glimpse of all of the magic coming together.

A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: From the time I was a little girl, I was a strong & independent personality and I’ve always had an interest in business. I was your typical over-achiever in high school & very involved. I started college pursuing a marketing degree, but quickly realized my passion for entrepreneurship. I surprised many people and decided to leave school after just one semester, opting to self-educate and seek out mentorship by people who had actually done the things I wanted to do. Give me real world experience over theory any day!
I worked in two different office settings prior to purchasing my first store in Northern Maine when I was 23. My passion for this industry quickly grew & I began to see the potential to share what we were creating though building teams & opening additional stores. As we grew to 3 stores in Maine and then another in Tennessee, I found myself doing more and more of the things I am most passionate about - building people and developing leaders. I’ve had the privilege to see our teams grow dramatically & now to work with other business owners looking to do the same thing through Grayce Leadership Solutions.
Grayce has been in my blood for so long & each day that goes by, I know we are becoming more & more what we were meant to be. I am so excited about our future.
Which Grayce core values are you most passionate about & why? Definitely leadership. I believe every person has tremendous influence, and therefore is a leader. I get so much joy out of helping others to discover the leader within themselves & seeing them grow, doing things they didn’t realize they were capable of. Leadership is so powerful because it is a ripple effect that can impact so many lives, beyond any of our own reach. The greatest leaders the world has seen were all true servants and are remembered not just by what they did, but by what they did for other people and what those they led did for the world. I want to have impact like that.
5 things you can’t live without:
1. My faith
2. My family
3. A homemade salted caramel latte
4. Passion
5. A cozy blanket
Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: I like to mix it up between leadership podcasts & early 2000s hits or a little Billy Joel/Journey/Elton John.

A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: I grew up in a very close family that taught me the value of hard work, and the importance of strong relationships with people. I always had a desire to serve others and travel the world, so when it came time to start life as a young adult, I decided to take a different approach and instead of going to college like most. I saved any money I made and put it towards doing missions work overseas any chance I got! I got to see different cultures, and meet so many wonderful people! But when it came time to settle down a bit, I wanted to find something that I would be passionate about like missions. I was never the kind of person that had a set career in mind. My desire in life was always to travel, one day settle down and get married, and be a stay at home mother. So when it came time to find a good job I prayed The Lord would send me something that I could make an impact, something that I could pour into and would pour into me, then I came across Grayce (Blush at the time) and found something I instantly became passionate about!
Watching my parents marriage growing up, how they fought for each other through the good times and bad, I truly was able to see the value in marriage, so when I found a career that I could not only help show brides just how beautiful they are, but help them celebrate the beginning of a beautiful life with their best friend, I was hooked!
People always say to me "this must be such a fun job", and while they are SO right (especially having loved fashion my whole life), the truth is that this job truly is so rewarding, and I am so beyond grateful!
What Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why? I truly love all of our values, the ones that stick out most to me would have to be Family, Leadership, and Integrity. But if I had to pick just one, it would be family! Working in a culture that is truly like family adds so much value to my life, and for my family at home - I am so beyond grateful for them, because without them, I wouldn't be who I am today.
5 things you can’t live without:
1. Jesus
2. My incredible Husband
3. My family
4. Mother/daughter shopping trips
5. And last, but most certainly not least, Dr Pepper!!
Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: 100% country music! Nothing better than a hot summer day with the windows rolled down listening to some Morgan Wallen sippin' on a cold Dr Pepper!!!
Kylene Hall
Seamstress
A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: Before finding Grayce, I was working on my Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management with a concentration in Marketing at Husson University. While I loved school, I was more passionate about going to class, organizing and color coding my binders, taking notes, and getting good grades than the career choices my major was going to lead to. It wasn't until the 2020 covid lock down that I decided to take a break from school, quit my serving job, and start over. While my original plan was to leave the state, I applied to Grayce (then Blush) on a whim, because I spent my entire childhood drawing and designing wedding gowns, and the Bangor store was minutes from my apartment. It felt like a good refresh before moving away, but I had no idea what kind of door I was opening.
It wasn't long before my co-workers found out that I have a background in sewing, and that grew into Grayce's founder offering to front the cost of formal bridal seamstress training for me to become our in-house seamstress. I genuinely hadn't considered a career in alterations before, thinking it was the kind of thing you could never do successfully in Maine. However now I can't imagine a better way to spend my days, and I finally found the passion I was lacking in my life before.
What Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why? While all of our values are near and dear to my heart, Family is the value that initially drew me into Grayce. I remember being skeptical that a group of women could genuinely be close like the website claimed, but the moment I started it was noticeably different. I expected classic mean girls but instead it was more like a group of sisters who genuinely love and want the best for you. I really value those authentic relationships so to see that these women extended that not only to each other but to every bride that walks through the door is incredible.
5 things you can’t live without:
1. My cat, Hermione
2. My family
3. Arby's
4. Our camp in Northern Maine
5. Fountain soda
Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: If I had it my way it would be all Taylor Swift, all the time!
When I started at Grayce, I was thrilled I could work a job where I could dress my best and show up feeling like myself for a day on the floor. My connections to the team grew quickly in love and respect. Working at Grayce has inspired me to take in every interaction I have with a customer. No two brides are the same, and I love watching their excitement grow as they talk about marrying their best friend, or how they decided to pick their venue. No detail is too small with any guest that comes through our door. I strive to understand their vision and empathize with the fluttering emotions that may come while shopping for the perfect dress.
What Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why? If I had to choose one of the values Grayce holds to the highest standards, I would say I am most passionate about personal responsibility. As a Type A individual, I have set goals for myself to keep my brain and space organized and running at the most effective level. At Grayce, our titles are more than just positions, they are how we manage our responsibilities so each bride, prom girl, mom, and groom know they can trust us when we are leading an appointment or chatting on the phone! In a culture where personal responsibility is extremely important, we are continuously given opportunities to grow within our own personal development and how we can best serve our team members and Grayce customers.
5 things you can’t live without:
1. Espresso
2. My family
3. My makeup bag
4. Thrifting
5. A Northern Maine Sunset
Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: If you’re in the car with me, we could be listening to anything from a true crime or pop culture podcast, or music genres like Taylor Swift and Harry Styles to Fleetwood Mac and other classic 70s and 80s rock. But nothing quite hits like a roadtrip with friends listening to a 2000s mix!
Kira Rogers
Lead Stylist
A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: When I started my college career at the University of Maine in the Fall of 2022, my mind was focused on diving into my studies of Psychology and Child Development. I was passionate about human interaction and how our genes and environment can intertwine to shape humans into who we are and how we behave. I find the brain and the study of psychology to be fascinating, so I knew I would be passionate about my courses.
I love fashion and how we can take simple pieces of clothing and display who we are on the inside, on the outside. I enjoy the hunt of the perfect little black dress or the new staple piece in my closet, whether that takes 10 minutes or ten shopping excursions. I loved scrolling through pictures of prom girls modeling dresses, or women feeling confident in the new bridal gowns. When I saw Grayce was hiring two months after I started my freshman year, I knew I needed a job to help me with my college expenses, but what I didn’t know was that Grayce was going to offer me so much more than employment.

A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: Before joining Grayce, I was studying Health Sciences at the University of Southern Maine, but fashion has always been one of my biggest passions. I’ve always loved expressing myself through style—not just through clothing, but by curating pieces together to create standout looks that make people feel confident and unique. (Fun fact: in my senior superlatives, I was voted “Best Dressed.”) Early on, I set a goal to start my own small boutique, which I did, and it’s something I still hope to continue growing. Helping people has always been incredibly important to me, so when I came across a bridal stylist position at Grayce on Indeed—a job I honestly thought only existed on TV—I knew I had to take a leap of faith. It didn’t take much convincing, because the chance to style, support, and help women find their dress for one of the most important days of their lives felt like the perfect blend of everything I love. Plus, getting to dress up every day made the job feel like an even more perfect fit.
What Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why? The Grayce core value I’m most passionate about is Excellence. While I truly love all of our core values, excellence resonates with me the most because I’m a perfectionist at heart. I’m always striving to give my best in everything I do. To me, excellence means showing up with purpose, consistency, and pride in your work. It is about going the extra mile, not because it is expected, but because you genuinely care about the people you are serving. And in bridal, where moments are emotional, meaningful, and unforgettable, striving for excellence is not just a value; it is a responsibility I am proud to uphold every day.

when prom dress shopping. But before shopping for my own gown, that was the extent of my expertise! After sifting through thousands of bridal designer Instagram accounts and websites for months, I should have been given a degree. My appreciation for bridal gowns was now an obsession and I couldn’t learn enough.
Bridal gowns are pure art and one of the most expressive garments you will ever wear... ok, I know! Dramatic much? I will bring the DRAMA when I talk about this because I am just so passionate about it. Remember when I said that photographs of your wedding create memories for your family for years to come? Your wedding dress is such a huge part of these memories! It is the gown you wear on your most special day with your favorite person. So yes, I love fashion and the art of beautiful gowns and I’m passionate about it, but Grayce gives me the opportunity to take that passion for fashion and the latest trends and make it meaningful. There is nothing I would rather do than help women find the gown that will become part of their most precious life events and memories. I regard it as a true honor to be part of their story, and I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to serve both the men and women in our community!
Which Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why? If I have to choose one, family! There is a peace that comes with loving the people you surround yourself with everyday, and I am so grateful to have found that at Grayce. This company is home to me. I truly love and enjoy all the time I get to spend with the girls on our team, and have learned so much from them all!

Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: All things Jason Mraz. He’s my husband and I’s favorite. We bonded over his music early on in our relationship after he lost his dad. We can listen to all of his albums on repeat.

A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: I grew up just outside of Chattanooga in Cleveland, TN until moving here in 2014 to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where I studied Communication. I LOVED my time there! This is where I met and fell in love with my husband and really found my passion for photography. I learned how to use a camera along with so much more, but after graduating in 2019, I still wasn’t sure where I saw myself in terms of a career. My love for photography led me to photographing friends’ special moments and even a few of weddings. When you get to photograph these incredibly precious days and events for people, it puts into focus the little details in those photos that become the memories of themselves and their family members for years to come. There is something so special about getting to be a part of that, and after planning my own wedding in 2021, I knew I wanted to be in the wedding industry.
I have always loved fashion and of course I loved bridal gowns! And by that I mean- yes, I had binge watched “Say Yes! to the Dress” throughout the teen years and drooled over the bridal gowns just around the corner

A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: I attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN where I obtained my bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2019 and my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021. Soon after graduating from my master's degree I got a job working for a non-profit community mental health agency as a school-based therapist. Essentially my job was to come into the school and provide therapy to the students who were emotionally, mentally and/or behaviorally struggling that were referred to me from their school counselor. About a year and a half into that role, I started questioning if therapy was really the career field I wanted to be in. Eventually I made the impossible decision to leave my role as a therapist with no idea of what I would do next (in this economy? YIKES.) I could not be more thankful for my degree and the way it profoundly shifted my perception of people and relationships but I needed to find something different. Fast-forward to accidentally coming across a job listing for the new bridal/prom store that moved into the old Pier 1 building. After reading a little more about the
company and their mission to serve, celebrate and empower women I was sold. I applied and interviewed with every intention of it being a job to help pay the bills while I figured out my *real* next move (jokes on me). Long story short-- I got hired and never looked back. I am so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate women in such a unique way as well as discover new passions/ talents I wasn't aware I possessed before this job.
What Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why? Easy answer- grace. I think we wildly underestimate how powerful a moment of unconditional kindness or grace can be, especially when extended to a complete stranger. At the end of the day we're all just doing the best we can. Isn't it everyone's first time going through life?
5 things you can’t live without:
1. My denim collection
2. My girls’ groupchat & annual girls trip
3. Coca-Cola
4. Probably amazon
5. My bestie boy/husband, Trace T <3
Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: Honestly if it's me and my best friend in the car, we are too chatty to even notice the lack of music. If it's me and my husband, I am forcing him to listen to my R&B playlist and sing the ad libs in the background.

A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: I grew up in Chattanooga and moved to Cleveland, TN, halfway through high school to live on a farm with my parents, older sister, and younger brother. I grew up hunting, fishing, mudding, and doing all things outdoors related. I started riding horses when I was 8 and started competing in that arena shortly thereafter. Horses, to this day, are still a passion of mine and something that I want to return to down the road when I get property of my own. I still have my horse, Pearl, that I have had since I was 9, and I bought her a companion goat, Ori. I have a very close, large, Italian family that, throughout my whole upbringing, have been caregivers to individuals with varying kinds of special needs. These people became my family as well and were very ingrained into my life. When my senior project came around, I decided to explore options that combined both of my passions- animals and individuals with special needs. I landed on a special needs therapeutic riding facility. I volunteered there for over 100 hours during my
summer break and fell in love with the work they did there. I then enrolled at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with the intention of going to OT school. I ended up graduating with my undergrad in Human and Health Performance and decided against going to grad school at the time. Opening my own therapeutic riding facility is still a goal of mine for the future. From there, I started doing personal training. I had grown up in the gym and competed in bodybuilding competitions in high school and college, so this was something that I enjoyed helping others with. From there, I was offered an IT recruiting position at a local company. Truthfully, I hated it. I loved the sales component of the job and knew that I wanted to pursue that, but I hated sitting all day in a cubicle staring at a screen. I did it for 2 years before I decided that I couldn't do it anymore. Enter Grayce. The day after I quit my job, I received an email about applying for the CEC position here at Grayce Bridal via a familial connection. I came in for an interview, and the rest is history! I had spent so long missing being face to face with people and empowering them to feel confident in themselves. Now, I could once again be back in front of people, empowering women to feel beautiful in their own skin, and getting to play a role in making such a special day memorable!
What Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why? Oosh that's so hard. Family and grace would be my top 2 for sure, but I think family would be my first. I am very close with my family and am very grateful for everything that they've done for me over the years. I have always been very loyal and protective of those that I am close with and would do anything for my people. For me, family is not just blood. I think of the people that my family cared for over the years and how they helped to shape who I am today. I am grateful for all of my family- both blood and chosen.
5 things you can’t live without:
1. My faith and relationship with God
2. My family and friends
3. My animals
4. My future husband- Simon
5. Trips/traveling/adventures
Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: I loveee a good road trip! You won't catch me listening to just one thing though. And you also won't catch me riding in silence. I love some good podcasts and audio books. I will listen to most genres of music (depends on my mood and the vibe). But, ask anyone who knows me, and you will find out that my fav thing to do on road trips is talk or play games. Love me some good quality time to chat and laugh!

A little bit about your background/career before Grayce: I was born and raised in Cleveland, TN, and I’ve always had a heart for people. My first career path was in the medical field because I’ve always been drawn to caring for others and serving them in meaningful ways. I had the opportunity to intern at a pediatric clinic, which gave me such a meaningful experience supporting families through important life moments. While I loved that work, I eventually realized that there were many ways to live out my passion for serving people. That led me to the bridal industry, where I could walk alongside women during one of the most exciting and memorable times of their lives. There is just something so special about being part of a bride’s journey to finding the dress that makes her feel like the best version of herself.
Alongside my role at Grayce, I’m currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management and a minor in Digital Marketing from East Tennessee State University. My studies perfectly complement my career here at Grayce by giving me the opportunity to blend creativity and my passion for serving others all in once place.
What Grayce core value are you most passionate about & why? The Grayce core value that resonates most with me is family. To me, family is about having a support system where you feel seen, valued, and encouraged to grow. What makes Grayce so special is that it doesn’t just feel like a workplace—it truly feels like a family.
From the moment I joined, I was welcomed with open arms and surrounded by people who care deeply not only for our brides but also for one another. That sense of belonging inspires me every day to treat every bride like family too, ensuring she feels celebrated and supported throughout her bridal journey.
5 things you can’t live without:

Favorite thing to listen to on long car rides: On a long road trip, I listen to a little bit of everything since I love all genres and like to switch it up depending on the mood. Most of the time though, you’ll catch me playing Tate McRae or Morgan Wallen on repeat.
