When is the Sample Sale?

Our Sample Sale will take place November 9, 10, & 11 at all Grayce Bridal & Formal locations. It’s our biggest sale of the year! The sale will be three full days of incredible savings on designer wedding gowns.

what is a sample sale?

A Sample Sale is your chance to purchase one of our gently loved designer gowns straight from the showroom floor — at up to 40% off its original price. Sample Sale appointments are designed to give you the full Grayce experience, just with a faster pace and even greater savings. These gowns have been tried on by brides during appointments but remain in beautiful condition. Some may need light cleaning or minor repairs during your alterations process, which is reflected in the discounted price.

What kind of savings can I expect?

You’ll find designer gowns starting at $499, with savings of up to 40% off. We’ll be featuring a wide variety of designers, sizes, styles, and price points, so every bride can find her dream dress, no matter her budget.

why do i need an appointment?

Because each gown is sold off the rack, there’s only one of each style available. Once a dress is purchased, it’s gone! Booking an appointment ensures you have your own private suite, fitting room, and dedicated stylist to guide you through your options and help you find the one before it’s claimed by another bride.

How long is my appointment?

Sample Sale appointments are 1 hour (instead of our standard 90 minutes). Your stylist will pre-pull dresses in your size range to make the process quick, focused, and fun — ensuring you see the best options without feeling rushed.

Are holds or special orders allowed?

Because of the limited inventory, holds are not allowed, and sale pricing is only honored during the event. If you choose our layaway option, the required deposit and pickup terms will be clearly outlined during your appointment.

Are bridal accessories included?

Yes! Veils and accessories will also be discounted throughout the weekend. No appointment is required to shop accessories, but a stylist will be available to help you during your visit.

What should i bring?

Bring up to 4 guests to share the moment with you, and don’t forget your undergarments or shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day to help you envision the full look.

Are alterations included?

Alterations are not included, but our team can recommend trusted local seamstresses. Since sample gowns are sold off the rack, your stylist will help you find a size that minimizes alteration needs.

what does “off-the-rack” mean?

It means you’ll purchase your gown directly from our showroom floor — and take it home the same day! These gowns may have been lightly tried on, so they might show small signs of wear (like loose threads or glitter on the train), but every dress is priced accordingly and remains in beautiful condition.

what if i’m shopping for something other than a wedding gown?

Formalwear, menswear, mothers’ dresses, and bridal gifts are all discounted during the Sample Sale weekend — no appointment needed! Stop in anytime over the three days to enjoy the savings.
